Barista Coffee Company Limited

Our office is over at Kamadhenu Layout in B-Narayanapura. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the rest of Bangalore, which is nice for a change. Barista Coffee Company Limited has been around for a while now, but this specific office is where we handle the behind-the-scenes stuff. We aren't the actual cafe you see on the street corner with the grinders going. This is primarily where the paperwork happens and the logistics get sorted out. Number 72 on 1st Main is our home. It’s a regular building, nothing too flashy. We have a lot of files and computers humming all day. Having our base in Bangalore means the traffic is always a topic of conversation around the water cooler. We drink a lot of coffee here, obviously, but it’s mostly just to keep us awake while we go through inventory lists and schedules. Suits and a big corporate culture aren't things you'll find here. Most of the staff here just want to finish their shift and beat the rush hour. It gets busy during the holidays when everyone is out buying lattes. We just focus on making sure the beans get where they need to go. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. Not very glamorous, but it keeps the shops running. We like the neighborhood though. We’ve been here for many years now.
