Tata Coffee Limited

The office is tucked away on Railway Parallel Road in Kumara Park West. If you know Bangalore, you know this part of town has its own pace. The trains go past every now and then, and the sound becomes sort of a background hum that you stop noticing after the first week. We are at number 57, a place where things are always moving but nobody is in a desperate rush. Inside, the air usually has a bit of a coffee scent to it, which makes sense given who we are. It is a mix of old school vibes and new people coming in. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and talking on the phone with people from all over the country. The desks are covered in notebooks and half-empty mugs. It is a practical space, meant for getting things done rather than looking pretty for photos. Around lunch, everyone heads out to the local spots or sits around sharing food brought from home. Tata Coffee Limited has been a fixture here for years. We see the same faces walking their dogs or heading to the station every morning. It feels like a community more than just a business district. We keep the windows open when the weather is nice, even if the dust gets in sometimes. It is just how it is. It might not be the quietest spot, but it has a lot of character for a workplace.
