We've been at the Raheja Arcade in Koramangala for a while now. Most people know the 7th Block area because it's always busy with traffic and people going to the shops. Our office is up on the first floor in S-137. It’s not a huge place, just a regular spot where we keep our files and meet folks who are looking for a house or trying to rent something out in this part of Bangalore. Koramangala has changed a lot since we started. Sometimes the stairs in the arcade get a bit dusty, but that’s just how it is with so many people coming and going. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the blocks checking on properties. It’s mostly just us handling the paperwork and making sure the keys are where they should be. People drop by after lunch usually. We try to keep things straightforward. If you’re looking for the Raheja Arcade, it’s right there near the main road. The parking can be a real headache some days, so most of us just park a bit further away and walk in. We know the local shopkeepers around here pretty well by now. It’s a decent spot to work from, even if the traffic noise from the street gets a bit loud in the afternoons. We just focus on what’s available in the 7th Block and the nearby areas. Nothing fancy, just the usual real estate work we've been doing.
