We spend most of our time at A-105 on the 3rd Main Road in the Peenya Industrial Area. It is a busy part of Bangalore and the 2nd Stage is always full of trucks and people moving parts around. Our building is not anything special to look at, but it is where we have been doing our work for quite a while now. The mornings usually start with the sound of the shutters going up and the smell of grease and metal. It’s a bit dusty and the noise from the other workshops nearby never really stops until late in the evening. We have a small crew of people who have been with us for a long time. We don’t really have a big office with carpets or fancy chairs. Instead, we have workbenches, some old desks, and a lot of shelves filled with components. We drink tea from the stall at the corner and talk about what needs to get done for the day. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just how it is in Peenya. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with a polished look. We just focus on the machines and making sure the orders are packed correctly. It is a regular, honest job for us and we like the routine of it. The traffic on the main road can be a mess, but we are used to it.
