The True South Company

We are over at 15, Wood Street. The True South Company has been here for a bit now. Wood Street is one of those places that has its own character, and being at number 15 puts us right in the middle of it. It’s not a huge building, just a regular spot where we come in every morning. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. There are no shiny plaques or anything like that on the walls. It’s just a place with desks and some computers where we do our work. The name The True South Company is on the door, but inside it’s just a bunch of us trying to stay on top of the tasks for the day. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy from the street, but you get used to it. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to greet you with a scripted line. If someone walks in, one of us just looks up from whatever we are doing. It's an honest way to work, we think. We’ve got our routine down. Coffee in the morning, then checking what needs to be handled. We don’t spend much time worrying about how things look to others as long as the work is moving along. Being on Wood Street is convenient for most of us, so we just stick to what we know and keep the business running from this address. It isn't complicated. We just do the work and then go home.
