Our place is situated on Plot No.218 and 219 along the Bommasandra Jigani Link Road. It is an industrial area, so there are always trucks moving and people working nearby. Ab Mauri India has been operating out of this spot for a while, and we are pretty settled into the routine of the neighborhood. We deal with ingredients and things that help bakers get their work done. It is not a glamorous job, but it is necessary, and we take it seriously in our own quiet way. The office is simple, and the warehouse is where most of the action happens. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure things are packed correctly. There is no corporate polish here. We wear regular clothes and talk like normal people because that is what we are. The link road can get dusty, especially in the dry months, but the work doesn't stop. We know the other folks in the industrial area, and we often share a quick word while we are out for lunch or grabbing a tea. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just do the work, send out the orders, and keep the lights on. It is a straightforward business and we like it that way. No big promises or fancy words, just getting the job done every single day on the plot for our customers.
