Our place is at 322 in the 4th Phase, and we have been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. Being in the industrial area means it is always noisy with trucks and other businesses doing their thing nearby. Our building is nothing special to look at, just a regular brick and concrete structure, but it’s where we spend most of our waking hours. Inside, we have our equipment set up and everyone has their own spot where they work. We don't really do much in the way of decoration because we are here to work, not to look at pretty walls. There is usually a lot going on at once, so you have to watch where you’re walking. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine needs a bit of a kick to get started again, but we manage. We aren’t a huge corporation with thousands of employees, just a local team at 322 trying to keep things moving. Most of us have been working together for a few years, so we know each other's habits. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or what’s happening in the 4th Phase. It’s a bit gritty and the air can get warm in the afternoons, but we just open the windows and keep going. It’s a steady life here, and we like the routine of coming in and seeing the same faces every day.
