Our place is located in Peenya Industrial Estate, specifically at Plot No L-1 on 7th Cross. It’s a loud area with lots of manufacturing going on around us. We spend most of our time working on ovens and furnaces. These aren't the kind you have in your house; they’re big industrial ones that get extremely hot. The workshop floor is usually covered in tools and metal scraps. It’s a tough job because of the heat and the size of the units we build. We’ve been at this for quite some time now. Most of our guys have been here for years and they know the machines inside out. We don't really have a big front office or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll find us in the back probably welding something or checking a heating element. Dealing with industrial heating is a bit specialized, so we get a lot of the same people coming back when they need a new furnace or a repair. It can get pretty dusty in the summer, and the monsoon makes the estate roads a mess, but we keep the work going regardless. It’s a straightforward business. We build the stuff, we test it, and then it goes out to the client. No big secret to it, just a lot of manual labor and making sure the wiring is solid. We're just a regular group of workers trying to build things that last. The afternoon tea break is the best part of the day.
