Our place is down at No 143 H on the Hosur Main Road. We are situated in the Bommsandra Ind. Area, which is quite a trek from the main city. It’s a big industrial zone, so you’ll see lots of trucks and heavy equipment moving around all day. Our building is a standard industrial structure, nothing that really stands out from the others on the road. Inside, it’s mostly open space for the work we do. We handle thermal equipment and parts, so there is usually some welding or assembly going on. The air inside can get a bit warm during the summer months. We don't have a fancy lobby with chairs; it’s more of a walk-in-and-find-someone type of setup. The yard outside is often filled with materials waiting to be moved. Hosur Main Road is always busy, so we hear the traffic all day long. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into the office, but we just wipe it off and keep going. We’ve been in Bommsandra for a while because it makes sense for this kind of business. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of technical work and making sure everything is put together correctly. We have a small team and we all just pitch in where we are needed. It’s a practical environment at Cs. Aerotherm Pvt Ltd where we just get through the work orders and go home when the shift is done. It is just how things are.
