Welcome City Cabs

You can find us in BTM Layout at the Ashirwad Industrial area on Bamroli Road. Welcome City Cabs is where we manage a small fleet of cars. The office is right in the middle of the industrial patch, so it’s mostly warehouses and small factories around us. We have a small room with a couple of chairs and a radio that stays on all day. Most of our drivers are out on the roads of the city from early morning. We spend our time tracking where they are and answering the phone when someone needs a ride. It gets a bit hectic during the office rush hours. The Bamroli Road area can get very congested, which makes it hard to get the cars out sometimes. We don't have a big app or anything like that. People usually just call us directly or stop by if they live nearby. We keep a log of all the trips in a notebook. The drivers come in to hand over their earnings and we sit and talk about the traffic or the new flyovers being built. It’s a simple operation. We make sure the cars are clean and have enough fuel. BTM is a huge area, so we are always busy. It is just a regular taxi stand office, nothing more than that. We have a small teapot that is always full for the drivers when they come in for their breaks. Everyone knows that tea is the fuel for our work days here.
