Our office is situated at No 40 on Dinnur Main Road in the Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar area. We are right in the Bhadrachhaya building in Jogani Nagar, which is directly opposite the ING Vysya Bank. It is a very busy part of the neighborhood with cars and people constantly moving past our front door. Most of our day is spent dealing with property matters for people living around here or looking to move into the area. We handle a lot of different things like looking at house papers or visiting sites to see the condition of a building. The office is a practical space where we keep our files and meet with folks who have questions about local real estate. It is not a fancy place with expensive furniture, just a regular office where we do our jobs. We spend a lot of time on the phone and walking around the streets of RT Nagar to check on various properties. Being across from the bank makes it a good landmark for meetings. Sometimes the work is a bit slow and other days we can hardly keep up with the inquiries, but that is just the way the property business goes. We have been in this spot for some time now and we know the local market quite well. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to give people the information they need without making things too complicated.
