V.S. Engineering

Our spot is Shed No D-14 over in the K.S.S.Id.C Ind Estate. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular workshop where we get things done every day. Most mornings start with the sound of the heavy shutters going up and the smell of grease and cold metal. We spend a lot of our time on the shop floor here. The industrial estate is always noisy, with big trucks moving in and out through the narrow lanes all day long. V.S. Engineering has been around for a bit, and we mostly focus on the technical side of things, fixing parts and making sure the machines run like they are supposed to. It gets pretty hot in the summer under the tin roof, but we have a couple of old fans that keep the air moving at least. Usually, there are scrap metal pieces lying in the corner and tools spread across the workbenches. We don't really have a big front office or anything like that for visitors. If someone needs us, they usually just walk through the main shed door and find us working. Sometimes the tea guy from around the corner drops by with some chai, and we take a quick ten-minute break. It’s a busy life, mostly handling orders and checking measurements. We try to stay organized, but when three different jobs come in at once, the place looks a bit messy. That’s just how it goes in a workshop like ours.
