Our workshop, New Honeywell Engineering Service Pvt. Ltd., is located on the first floor of the Aashirwada building. We are right in the K.S.S.I.D.C. Industrial Estate in Rajajinagar which is always a noisy and busy place. Being in an industrial area means there is always a lot of movement and trucks coming in and out. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep when we are carrying parts but we are used to it by now. Inside, the space is filled with tools and different machines for the engineering work we do every day. It is not the cleanest place because of all the metal work and oil, but it is where the real work happens. We spend most of our hours looking at drawings or fixing mechanical parts that have worn out. Some days are longer than others especially when a machine breaks down and needs quick fixing. The guys here have been working together for quite a while so we know how to get things done without talking too much. Rajajinagar is a good spot for this kind of business because everything you need is close by. We drink a lot of tea from the stall downstairs to keep us going through the afternoon slump. It is just a regular engineering service company trying to do right by the jobs we take on. Nothing too complicated about it.
