Steer Engineering Pvt Ltd is located in the 4th Phase of Peenya. This area is famous for all the industrial work going on, and we are right in the thick of it. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space for engineering. We have various tools and equipment spread across the floor. Sometimes it looks a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know exactly where the 10mm wrench is. We focus on mechanical parts and assembly. The team is made up of local guys who have been doing this for a long time. We don't wear uniforms, just old clothes that can get dirty. Peenya is a busy place with trucks moving in and out all day long, so the noise is constant. We have a small office tucked in the corner for the paperwork, though most of the time is spent out on the shop floor. We aren't big on corporate meetings or long presentations. Usually, we just talk about what needs to be finished over a quick cup of coffee in the morning. It’s an honest way to make a living. The roof leaks a tiny bit when it rains really hard, but we’ve got buckets for that. We just focus on making sure the parts we produce are solid. It's a straightforward engineering shop where the work comes first and everything else comes second. We take pride in the fact that our machines are always running.
