Hss Industries

If you head down to Jalahalli West, you'll find us at No 05 Udupa Garden on SM Road. Hss Industries isn't one of those huge factories you see on the news, but we stay pretty busy with our own work. The building is practical and does what we need it to do. We deal with industrial parts and some manufacturing, depending on what the day brings. The noise of the machines is something you just get used to after a few days of working here. It’s a bit of a dusty environment, but that’s expected when you’re making things from scratch. We’ve been at this location for a good bit now, and most of the people who work here are from the local area. We don't have a human resources department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just talk it out on the floor. The traffic on SM Road can be a real headache in the mornings, but once we get the shutters up and the lights on, we just get to work. It's honest labor. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to make sure the orders go out on time and the quality is okay for the folks who buy from us. Sometimes we stay late when a big job comes in, and other times it's quiet enough to actually clean the floor. It’s just a normal workplace for normal people.
