Nextep Engineering Private Limited

Nextep Engineering Private Limited is situated at No. 23 1St A Cross in Vidya Nagar. We are right opposite to SKF India Limited in the Bommasandra Industrial Area. It’s a very loud place to work because of all the big factories nearby. You can hear the hum of machines and the sound of trucks all day long. Our workshop is just a plain building with a lot of metal and tools inside. We spend most of our time at the workbenches, fixing parts or putting things together. The floor is always a bit greasy, no matter how much we sweep it. We wear our old clothes because they’re just going to get ruined anyway. There’s a small corner where we keep our bags and have our tea. It’s not very fancy, but it does the job. Vidya Nagar is a busy area, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic. We’ve been at this location for a while and have seen many other shops come and go. We just keep our heads down and do the engineering work that needs doing. We don't have any big marketing plans or a polished office. It’s just us and the machines. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait around until it comes back. We just use that time to rest a bit and chat. That’s how it goes here. We aren't doing anything special, just fixing what needs to be fixed.
