Our small setup is tucked away on Wilson Garden CT Street. We are right behind Agadi Hospital, which makes it easy for people to find us if they know the area. I’ve been working in property around here for a good while now. It isn't a fancy corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. Just some chairs, a couple of desks, and a lot of maps of the local blocks pinned to the walls. Wilson Garden has changed a lot lately, with more traffic and new buildings popping up everywhere. We mostly look at residential houses and some small commercial spots in the neighborhood. People stop by after visiting the hospital or while walking home. We don't spend money on big billboards or shiny ads. It’s more about knowing who wants to sell and who is looking to move in. Sometimes the paperwork gets tedious, and the government offices take forever to process things. That’s just part of the deal. I spend my mornings checking on new listings and talking to owners. The street gets quite loud during the day, but you get used to it. We just try to keep things straightforward for the folks who come to us. If a house has a leak or a bad title, we just say it. There’s no point hiding things because people find out anyway. We’ve been in this same spot for years, and most of our business comes from word of mouth or just people seeing our sign on the gate.
