Hey, we've been here in Yelahanka New Town for a while now. Our office is right on Jayanti Tiles Road, just a short walk from the bus stand in Manjunatha Layout. It's a busy spot but easy to find once you are in the area. We mostly deal with houses and land around this neighborhood. People often come in and ask about what's available nearby. We don't have fancy brochures or a glossy reception area. It's just us sitting here with some old files and a phone that rings quite a bit. If you're looking for a place to stay or trying to sell a plot in this part of town, we probably know something about it. We see a lot of people passing by every single day. This area has changed quite a bit over the years. We remember when there were far fewer buildings and much more open space. Now it's crowded but very lively. We keep track of who is moving in and who is moving out. It’s mostly just talk and checking over paperwork to make sure everything is okay. We don't do big ads in the papers. Mostly it’s just folks stopping by because they saw our sign near the bus stand. Sometimes the traffic on Jayanti Tiles Road gets a bit loud, but that's just how life is here. We try to be helpful when someone walks in with a simple question. There’s no pressure at all. We just tell you what we know and then let you decide.
