Vishal Organics Oleochem

Vishal Organics Oleochem is located at 47/51 Nagdevi Street, right near the Uttarahalli Main Road. If you know Nagdevi Street, you know it is never quiet. There is always someone shouting, a horn honking, or the sound of metal hitting the pavement. Our workspace is pretty crowded because we try to keep as much stock on hand as possible. We deal with organics and oleochemicals, so the air usually has a very specific, heavy scent that lingers on our clothes even after we go home. The desk where we do our billing is old and has a few scratches, and there is always a stack of half-empty tea cups sitting around by late afternoon. We do not have a fancy computer system that does everything; a lot of our work is still done by hand with a pen and a calculator. Sometimes we get the orders mixed up if we are not careful, so we have to double-check everything twice. It is a bit of a messy way to work, but it is how we have always done it. The workers are mostly guys from the neighborhood who have been with us for a long time. We do not have meetings or big plans; we just show up, load the trucks, and handle the paperwork as it comes in. It is just a regular life on a very busy street.
