Vinnu Engineering Works

Vinnu Engineering Works is located at C-212 in the Peenya Industrial Area, right on Kumbarpet Main Road. Peenya is a very loud place with lots of metal clanging and trucks moving around, and we are right in the thick of it. Our shop is where we do all the cutting, welding, and fixing. It gets pretty hot inside during the summer months, especially when the big machines have been running since the morning. We have grease on our clothes most days, and our hands are rarely clean. That is just the nature of engineering work, I suppose. We do not have a fancy office; we just have a small wooden desk tucked in the corner behind the lathe machine. Kumbarpet Main Road is always crowded with people heading to different factories. We have stayed at C-212 for quite some time because it is a good spot for our deliveries to arrive. We do not spend any money on big signs or fancy decorations. We just focus on the metal work in front of us. Some of the machines we use are quite old, but they often work better than the new ones we see. We take a quick break for tea when the power goes out, which happens every now and then. It is honest work and we like the feeling of making something solid. Most of our neighbors are doing the same kind of thing, so we all get along.
