Viji Cabs

Our office is at 901/3 in the HAL 2nd Stage, right along the Ring Road in Ramakha Nagar. It’s a very busy part of town because of all the traffic moving toward the main highway. Viji Cabs operates from here, and there are always drivers coming in to check their schedules or take a break between trips. The Ring Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we spend a lot of time looking at the clock and the road conditions. The building we are in is quite plain, and we share it with a few other small businesses. Inside, we have a couple of desks and some chairs for the drivers to sit on while they wait. It’s not the most organized place sometimes, with papers and keys lying around, but we know where everything is. Ramakha Nagar is a good location because it connects to so many parts of the city. We see a lot of people passing by on their way to work. Sometimes the noise from the traffic is so loud we have to shout a bit to be heard over the phone. We’ve got a small kettle for making tea, which gets used a lot during the rainy season. It’s a straightforward job, keeping the cars moving and the schedules filled. We don't have any big marketing displays, just a simple place where we get the work done every day.
