Alagar Fashions

Alagar Fashions is a small clothing shop located at No. 7/A on the 5th Main in Vijayanagar. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and it’s a neighborhood where people like to walk around and shop. Our place is quite small, so we have to be careful about how we stack the clothes. We mostly sell women’s wear, ranging from simple daily clothes to things that are a bit more colorful for special occasions. The shop is often a bit messy because people are always pulling things out to look at the patterns or check the size. We have a small tailoring section in the back where we handle alterations. You can usually hear the sound of the sewing machine if you stand near the back wall. The 5th Main is a busy street, especially in the evenings when everyone is out. We don't have any big marketing displays; we just put a few nice pieces in the window and hope they catch someone’s eye. It’s a friendly place, and we often end up chatting with the customers about things other than clothes. We keep the shop open until late in the evening to catch the after-work crowd. It’s a lot of work to keep things organized, but we enjoy being part of the local market scene here. Sometimes it's hard to keep up with the new trends, but we do our best with what we have available for the neighborhood.
