Our office is located at 1599 Kundalahalli, and we are quite near the Subramanya Temple. It’s a decent spot, though the traffic near the temple can get a bit much during festival times. We deal with real estate around this side of town. It’s a small setup, mostly just me and a desk with a few files of properties and plots. People come in looking for a place to rent or maybe a bit of land to buy. I spend a lot of time out of the office showing people around the neighborhood, but someone is usually here. It’s a practical way to work. The office isn't very big, and it’s decorated with just the basics. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; most of our work comes from people just walking in or neighbors talking. Kundalahalli has grown so much lately, it’s hard to keep track of all the new buildings. We try to keep a list of what’s available nearby. It’s a lot of talking and walking. Sometimes deals go through, sometimes they don’t. That’s just the nature of the business. I’ve lived around here for a long time, so I know the streets pretty well. It’s a simple life, helping people find a roof over their heads. We keep things honest and tell people the truth about the properties we show them. It’s about building a bit of trust over a cup of tea.
