You can find us at 5 Jayanagar, right on the Maninagar Cross Road. It’s a very busy intersection, so there is always the sound of horns and people talking right outside our door. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical place where we keep all our records and meet with people. We’ve been in Maninagar for a while, and the cross road is like a second home to us now. Most mornings start with clearing off the desk and seeing which properties have been sold and which ones are still sitting there. We deal with a lot of local folks who are looking for a bit of land or maybe a small house in the area. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of driving around to show people different spots in the neighborhood. Sometimes we get stuck in traffic for an hour just trying to get across town, but that’s just life in this city. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything, so we just rely on people seeing our sign or hearing about us from their neighbors. The office can get a bit crowded when a few people show up at once, but we always find a chair for everyone. It’s honest work, and we just take it one day at a time.
