We are located at Office No 863 in the Chennasandra Building. It is right on Kengeri Road in the Uttarahalli area, not too far from RNS College. If you are familiar with the college, you know how busy this stretch gets with students and traffic. Our agency is a small one. We focus on the properties around this specific part of Bangalore. We spend most of our time keeping track of which flats are empty and which sites are coming up for sale. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting in the office waiting for people to show up for appointments. The Chennasandra Building is a well-known local spot, so most people don't have trouble finding us. We aren't a big franchise with offices everywhere. It’s just us here, knowing the local lanes and the people who live in them. Sometimes we are out on the scooter all afternoon showing people different houses. It’s hard work when the sun is out, but that is how real estate goes. We don't use any slick marketing talk. We just tell people what the rent is, how much the deposit will be, and what the owner is like. Being near RNS College means we get a lot of questions about student housing too. We just keep our files updated and try to help people find a decent place to live or work without charging them crazy fees.
