Venkateswara Real Estate

Venkateswara Real Estate is our small shop at 122 Kengeri 2nd Main. We are right next to the ICICI Bank ATM, which makes us pretty easy to find if you’re in the neighborhood. Kengeri is a growing area, and we’ve seen a lot of houses go up around here lately. Our office is just a simple room with a couple of desks and a map of the local area on the wall. We don’t have a big corporate team or flashy advertisements. It’s mostly just us sitting here, waiting for people to stop by and ask about plots or rentals. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s quiet for hours. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, showing people around different properties in the 2nd Main and beyond. The traffic in Kengeri has gotten a lot heavier recently, so getting around takes longer than it used to. We keep a pot of tea going most mornings. It’s a very local business. We know most of the people who live on this street. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We just like helping folks find a place to stay or a bit of land. The chairs in the office are a bit old, but they’re fine for a quick chat. It’s a straightforward life, dealing with property and paperwork in our little corner of the world. We just take it day by day.
