Vasava Real Estate

Vasava Real Estate is located at Shop No 199 on the 7th Cross, 16th Main, in the BTM Layout area. We are right by the 3rd Stage, near Yediyur Circle and M E S College. It’s a small office, mostly just a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about property. BTM is a very crowded place these days, and we have seen it change a lot over the years. We spend our days looking at different houses and plots around here. It is not a very formal environment. People often just drop in while they are out running errands to ask about what is available for rent or sale. We keep all our listings in some old folders and notebooks. It’s a lot of legwork, walking from one street to another to check on new buildings. Sometimes the 16th Main traffic is so loud we have to close the door just to hear the phone. We don't do anything too fancy. We just try to help folks find a place that fits what they need. There is always a lot of paperwork with land and houses, and we spend a lot of our afternoons just sitting here and filling out forms. It’s a basic business, and we know the neighborhood like the back of our hands because we live and work right here.
