Our place is at 381 Koramangala. If you know Bangalore, you know how busy this area gets. We are right in the middle of it all. It’s a good spot for a real estate office because there are always people moving in or out. Our office isn't anything special, just a room where we get work done. We spend a lot of time on our phones, talking to owners and people looking for a place to rent or buy. Koramangala has changed a lot since we started, with all these new cafes and shops popping up, but our work stays pretty much the same. We just try to keep track of the available spots and help people figure out the paperwork. It’s a lot of walking around and checking out different buildings. Sometimes we are out all afternoon showing apartments to families or young folks working in tech. Then we come back, sit down, and try to organize the files. It can get a bit chaotic, but that’s just how it is here. We don't have a big team or a fancy website that does everything. It’s mostly just person-to-person talking. We find that works best. People like to know who they are dealing with. We’ve been around long enough that most people in this block know who we are and what we do. It’s a fast-paced neighborhood but we try to keep our head down and work hard.
