Our office is located at 1279 in Jayanagar 9th Block, specifically on the 25th Main road. If you’re familiar with the area, we are directly opposite the Big Bazaar. That’s a good landmark because everyone knows where the big store is. Being on 25th Main means there is always a lot of movement outside, which we like because it keeps us connected to what's happening in the neighborhood. The office itself is pretty basic, we didn't spend much on fancy furniture because we’d rather just focus on the work. We have a few chairs for visitors and a desk where we keep all the property files organized. It’s a local operation, so we know the 9th Block very well, every corner and shortcut. People usually drop in after they finish their shopping across the street at Big Bazaar. They might be curious about a house they saw or just want to know if prices are going up or down. We give them the information we have, usually over a glass of water. It’s not a high-pressure environment here. We just take things as they come and try to keep the paperwork as neat as possible. Jayanagar is a great part of the city, and we feel lucky to have a spot right in the middle of all the action on the 25th Main.
