Van Props

We've been here in Basavanagudi for a while now, right on the ground floor of the Cafe Coffee Day building. If you know Tagore Circle, we’re just a stone's throw away from there on Baneshwara Temple Street. It gets pretty busy around here, especially in the evenings when everyone is out for coffee or heading to the temple. Our space isn't anything fancy, just a practical setup where we handle everything for Van Props. Some days the traffic outside is loud, but you get used to it after a few years. We spend most of our time just keeping things moving and dealing with whoever walks through the door. It’s a good spot because people can find us easily since the CCD is such a big landmark. We don't really do much big advertising or anything like that. Most folks just know us because we’ve been in this building for a bit. The ground floor makes it easy to move stuff in and out without messing with stairs or the lift. It’s mostly just us working away, making sure the daily tasks get done. Sometimes it’s quiet, other times it’s a bit of a mess with paperwork or gear, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running a place. We like being in this part of town. It feels like a real neighborhood where people actually talk to each other. Nothing too corporate about it, just a local business doing its thing on a busy street.
