V3 Group Property Consultants

You can find us at V3 Group Property Consultants over on the 80ft Road in Koramangala 6th Block. We are on the second floor of building 1025. It’s a good location because we can see everything happening on the main road from up here. We’ve been doing this property consulting thing for a good bit now. It’s not always exciting, mostly just checking land records and talking to builders. We spend a lot of time on the 1st Block side of things too. Our office is usually a bit messy with files and half-empty chai cups. We aren't the type to wear suits unless there's a really big meeting, which isn't often. Mostly we are just in regular clothes, trying to get through the daily list of tasks. Being consultants means we hear a lot of stories from people looking for their first home. Some are stressed, some are excited. We just try to give them the facts without sugarcoating anything. The real estate market around here moves fast, so we spend a lot of time just keeping up with what’s being built and what’s being sold. It’s hard work and the phone doesn't stop ringing sometimes. We just try to stay organized and help out whoever walks through the door. It’s a local business, run by local people who actually live around here. We know which roads flood when it rains and where the best snacks are.
