V S Estate Rental Houses

Our place, V S Estate Rental Houses, is located right near the Sweet House on St. Johns Road. We are in the East Marredpally area, which gets pretty lively during the day. It’s a small office where we handle rental houses for people looking to stay in this part of town. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea, but other days we are basically running back and forth between different buildings in Andheri and the local streets here. It’s a lot of walking and talking to different people. We started this because we knew the area well and people kept asking where to find a good room to stay. We don’t have fancy brochures or anything like that. We just write things down and show people what’s available. The Sweet House nearby is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. The office is usually open early in the morning. We handle mostly small flats and houses for local families or workers. It gets noisy with the traffic on St. Johns Road, but that’s just how it is in this city. We’ve been here for a while and know most of the landlords around this side of Marredpally. It’s honest work and keeps us busy. Sometimes we have to deal with leaky pipes or lost keys for the tenants, but we manage. Just a local spot for people needing a roof over their head. We take things as they come.
