V M K Realtors is located over at 242 HAL 3rd Stage. We are right on Overlock Road which is quite close to the New Thippasandra Market. If you know the market area, you know how busy it gets with all the people and traffic. We started this because we lived around here and realized people always needed help finding a place to stay or a bit of land to buy. Dealing with property in this part of town is a lot of walking and talking. We spend most of our mornings visiting different spots and checking on things for people. Our office is a simple place where we keep our files and meet up with folks to discuss prices or look at maps. It is not some corporate glass building. It is just a regular office where we drink tea and talk about the local real estate. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we want because of the government offices, but we just keep pushing through it. We know the shortcuts around HAL and which streets are quiet or noisy. This helps when someone asks us where they should move. We do not use big words or try to push people into things they do not want. We just show what is available and let them decide. It is a local business and we like it that way. Most of our neighbors stop by just to say hello and see what is new.
