Usman Real Estate

So, we've been sitting here at Usman Real Estate for quite a while now. Our office is right there on 231/24 Cooke Town Msr College Road, basically just across from the Ambedkar Statue. You can’t really miss the statue when you’re coming down the road. Most days, we’re just here at the desk, looking at lists of houses and shops around this part of town. It gets pretty busy in the mornings when people are walking to the college nearby. We mostly deal with folks from the neighborhood who are looking for a new spot to live or maybe a small shop to rent. It's not a fancy office or anything, just a couple of chairs and a lot of paperwork on the table. Sometimes the tea guy from down the street comes by and we take a break. We know these streets pretty well because we spend all day here. If someone is looking for a place in Cooke Town, they usually see our sign and just wander in to ask what’s available. We try to keep track of who’s moving out and who’s moving in. It’s a lot of talking to people and making sure the keys are in the right place. The traffic outside can get a bit loud, especially in the evenings, but you get used to it after a few years. We just keep things simple and do what needs doing for the day in our neighborhood.
