Urban Estates

We are located on the 3rd floor over at Jeevan Bhima Nagar, right across from the N A L Quarters. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs to L-12, but the view of the street is okay from the balcony. Urban Estates started because we saw how many people were looking for places to stay in this part of town. It’s mostly me and a couple of others handling the paperwork every day. The office is usually cluttered with files and maps of the local area. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people at different sites. Traffic in this part of town can be a real headache, especially during the peak hours in front of the quarters. I've lived in this neighborhood for a long time, so I know the lanes and the buildings pretty well. It isn’t a high-end corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. Just some desks, chairs, and a fan that squeaks sometimes. We try to keep things simple and honest. If someone needs help finding a spot, they just drop by. Often we are out at a site, so the office might be locked for an hour, but we usually leave a note on the door. Dealing with property is just what we know. It keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we even work Sundays if someone is in a real hurry to move. It’s a lot of walking around and talking.
