Upee Land Links

We spend most of our time here at 287 Vijayanagar North. It’s on the 2nd Main, right near the 8th Cross in Panchaseela Nagar. It’s a busy part of town but we like it here. People often ask how to find Upee Land Links and we just tell them to look for the landmark on the corner. The office isn't anything fancy. It’s got desks and chairs and a lot of paper. Usually, the fan is humming and we’re just getting through the day's work. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside but that’s just how it is in this neighborhood. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The morning tea guy comes by around ten and that's usually the highlight of the early shift. We deal with land stuff mostly. It involves a lot of talking to people and checking maps or documents. It’s not always exciting but it keeps us busy. If you’re walking down 8th Cross, you might see us. The door is usually open if it’s not too dusty out. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the front. It’s a quiet life in Panchaseela Nagar most of the time. We know the neighbors and they know us. Sometimes we just sit and talk about how the area has changed over the years. It used to be much quieter, I think. Anyway, this is where we are if anyone needs to find the office.
