Universal Realty India is our business, and we are based out of Nagarbhavi. You can find us near the Toy Market area, at Pankornaka 497/58. It’s a busy part of the neighborhood, especially with the market right there. We spend a lot of our time handling the usual paperwork and talking to people who come by. It’s a practical job. We don’t have a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a room with some desks and chairs where we get things done. Being at Pankornaka 497/58 means we are right in the thick of things. The Toy Market always has something going on, which makes the days go by pretty fast. We’ve been working in Nagarbhavi for a while and we know the streets pretty well. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home to our families at the end of the day. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it’s quiet enough to catch up on filing. That’s just the nature of the business. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing talk because that’s not who we are. We are just a local team at Universal Realty India, doing what we can in this busy corner of the city. If you’re near the Toy Market, you’ll probably see our sign hanging out front.
