United Estate @ Kumara Park East

We are United Estate @ Kumara Park East, located at number 16 in Seshadripuram. Our office is right on the Railway Parallel Road. You can hear the trains every now and then, but you get used to it after a few days. It’s actually a bit of a landmark for us when giving people directions. The area around Kumara Park East is quite nice, with some trees and a bit of a neighborhood feel despite the road. Our building isn't anything modern or shiny, just a sturdy place where we’ve set up shop. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our equipment. We keep the kettle going for tea throughout the afternoon. The commute along the parallel road can be tricky if you hit it at the wrong time, but we manage. We’ve settled into this Seshadripuram spot quite well. It’s not a big corporate environment. It’s more like a small team just doing their thing every day. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and paperwork. The office gets a bit dusty because of the proximity to the tracks, so we’re always wiping down the desks. It’s a honest day's work for everyone here. We like the location because it’s central enough but has its own character. That's basically the situation here at our Kumara Park East office.
