If you walk down 8 Cross in Vinayaka Nagar, you’ll find the Puttanna Building at number 6. That’s where we run Unique Realtors. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore, near HAL, for a long time. The neighborhood has changed a lot, with new shops opening and old ones closing, but we’re still here in the same building. Our office is small and usually smells a bit like coffee and old paper. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us answering the phone and talking to people about houses or plots. Bangalore is a fast city, but in Vinayaka Nagar, things feel a bit more local. We know the history of the streets around here. People come in to ask about prices or just to see what’s available in the HAL area. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re some huge corporation. We’re just local folks who know the real estate around 8 Cross. The desk is a bit cluttered with keys and site maps. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but we’re used to it. It’s a simple business. We help people find a place, and we go home. No fuss, no fancy slogans. Just a small office in the Puttanna Building where we spend our days. We like it here because it’s where we started and it feels right to stay.
