We operate out of No. 64, Apartment E-103, located on 7th Main in the IV Stage of Agrahara Dasarahalli. It’s right here in Basaveshwarnagar, a part of Bangalore that has grown so much lately. We mostly handle things related to local plots and apartments. It’s not a big corporate office with a receptionist. Most of the time, we’re out on the road looking at sites or meeting people at their homes. The apartment acts as our home base where we keep the files and the property maps. Since we’re in the 560 079 area, we know the local streets and the landlords around here pretty well. Buying or selling a place is always a headache for people, so we just try to help with the paperwork and show them what’s available. Sometimes the legal stuff gets complicated, and we have to spend hours at the registrar’s office. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of dust from all the construction happening nearby. We’ve lived in this neighborhood for years, so we’ve seen how the prices have gone up and down. If you want to talk about a property, you usually have to call first because we might be out showing a house. We keep things honest and tell people the truth about the water situation or the road width. It’s a small, local operation, and that’s how we like to keep it.
