Unique Peal Estate

Our office is situated at 17 Kaval Byrasandra, inside the Hiren Industrial Estate. To get here, you have to navigate Moghul Lane and pass through Akkamma Block on Dinnur Main Road. It is a bit of a maze if you aren't from around here, but once you find the industrial estate, we are right there. The name on the door says Unique Peal Estate, and we have been in this spot for years. The building is solid and grey, like most of the others in the estate. You can hear the sounds of machines and workers from the other units nearby. Our space is mostly filled with filing cabinets and a few desks that have seen better days. The air always smells a bit like metallic dust and old paper. We spend our time looking at property maps and talking to folks about the industrial plots around Dinnur Main Road. It’s not a quiet place, but we like the energy of the industrial estate. There’s always someone moving something on a pallet or a truck backing up. We keep a big water cooler by the door because it gets stuffy inside. The floor is concrete and we have a few rugs to try and make it look a bit more like an office. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big screen on the wall. We just use our pens and paper and talk to people face to face.
