Our office is located at number 57 on Wheeler Road, specifically at the 2nd Cross in Sindhi Colony, which is part of Fraser Town. It’s a nice enough area with a lot of old trees and a mix of houses and small businesses. Unlike the big industrial estates, it feels a bit more like a neighborhood here. We are in a building that doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it’s got enough room for our small team at Unicorn Intl to handle the trade stuff we do. The office is usually a bit cluttered with samples and shipping documents. We have a couple of computers that are always running and a telephone that rings more than it probably should. Since we are in Sindhi Colony, it’s relatively quiet compared to the main Wheeler Road, though you still hear the bikes and cars zooming by. We usually start the day with some coffee and go through the messages that came in overnight from different time zones. It’s a small operation, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the door or filing papers. There isn’t a dress code or any corporate rules to follow; we just come in and get the work done. In the evenings, the area gets a bit lively with people heading to the local shops. It’s a comfortable place to work without the pressure of a big city high-rise.
