Ujwal Property Consultants is over at 14 Subramanyapura in the Channasandra area. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. It’s a bit further out from the city center, which means things are a little different here. We mostly deal with plots and small houses around this part of town. The office isn't anything special, just a room with some chairs where we talk to clients. We spend a lot of our time out on the field, actually walking the land and checking boundaries. Channasandra is growing quite fast, and we’ve seen a lot of empty fields turn into houses lately. We don't use much technology. It’s mostly just notebooks and talking to people. We know the local owners and who is looking to sell. It can be a bit dusty when we go out to see the sites, especially in the summer. We aren't trying to be big-shot consultants. We just help people figure out where they want to buy. Sometimes deals take a long time to finish because of the paperwork, and we just have to be patient. It’s a bit of a slow process sometimes, but that’s just how property works. We like being in this part of the city and seeing how it changes every year.
