Udaya Real Estates is located over in Meenakshi Nagar, specifically at 347 Koramangala 14th Cross. We are right near Shiva Theatre, which is a landmark most people in the neighborhood use to find us. Living and working in Koramangala means things are always moving fast, and the 6th Main area is no different. We’ve been at this address for a bit, handling the usual stuff that comes with property in this part of town. It’s mostly just us sitting in the office, answering the phone and meeting with people who want to sell or find a place to stay. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Bangalore. We just focus on what's happening right here in our own streets. The office is straightforward—no fancy glass walls or anything. We prefer it that way because it feels more like home. Sometimes it’s quiet, other days it’s a bit chaotic with everyone coming in at once, but we manage. If you are ever near the theatre and need to chat about real estate, you'll find us there. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, with new shops opening and old buildings coming down. It gives us a decent perspective on what things are worth.
