Udaya Estate Agency

I’ve been working at Udaya Estate Agency for a good while now. Our office is right there on Kuvempu Main Road, 5th Block, just a few doors down from the Coffee Day shop in Bel Layout. If you know Vidyaranyapura, you probably pass by us all the time. It’s a busy spot but we like it that way. We mostly spend our days talking to neighbors and keeping track of who is moving where. It isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs where people can sit and talk about houses or land. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but that’s just part of being on the main road. We know this area pretty well because we live around here too. Dealing with property can be a real headache with all the paperwork and people changing their minds, so we just try to keep things moving. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It's just a few of us here. If you're walking past 956 and need to ask about a site or a rental, you can just step in. We usually have the door open unless the dust is getting too bad. People know us as the local agency next to the coffee shop. It’s been that way for years. We don't do much advertising, mostly just word of mouth from folks in the block. It’s a simple setup but it works for us and the people who come in.
