T.Stanes And Company Pvt. Ltd. has been at 8/23-24, Race Course Road for a long time. It is a busy spot. You see people coming in and out all day. The building is older, but it holds up well. We mostly just focus on getting through the daily list of things to do. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first started out here. Now there is more traffic and the trees have grown taller. Inside, it's mostly desks and piles of paperwork that seem to never go down. We keep the fans running when it gets hot. Most of the staff has been here for years, so everyone knows where everything is kept. It’s not a fancy place, but it works for what we need. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a quick break. We don’t spend much time worrying about the walls needing a new coat of paint. It’s more about making sure the orders are right and the people who come to see us get what they need. Race Course Road is a good place to be located. It feels central. We see the same faces walking by every morning. It's just a regular office where we try to do things right the first time. Nothing too complicated about it. We just show up, do the work, and go home when the sun starts to set. That’s how it’s always been here.
