We operate out of 491 Jeevan Bhima Nagar, specifically on the 13th Main Road. This place is basically a hub for our drivers and the people who manage the bookings. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters. It’s a ground-floor spot where drivers come to take a break or settle their accounts for the day. Jeevan Bhima Nagar is a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than the main city hubs, which is nice for us. We’ve got a few desks and a lot of phone lines. Someone is almost always on the phone talking to a customer or checking where a car is. We don't have a fleet of gold-plated cars; they are just regular cabs that get people from one place to another. We’ve been running this for quite a while now. The furniture in the office is a bit old, and the tea pot is always on. We don't really do much advertising. Most people around here just have our number saved or they walk in because they live nearby. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the drivers are where they need to be. Sometimes the rain messes up the schedule, but we try to keep things moving. It’s a local business, run by local people who know these streets pretty well. It’s busy but it’s what we know how to do best to keep the cars moving.
