Trinethra Super Retail Pvt Ltd is part of the Aditya Birla group, but our office at Sri Lakshmi Nivas in Bangalore feels much more local. We are on the second floor of the building on G.D. Street in the Mavalli area. It’s an old part of Bangalore, near Upparhalli, and it has a lot of character. The streets are a bit narrow and it can get quite crowded with people going to the nearby markets. We spend our time here managing retail operations, which involves a lot of back-and-forth communication and tracking. Even though there's a big corporate name attached to us, the daily vibe in this 560004 office is pretty down-to-earth. We don't have a cafeteria or a lounge; we usually just grab lunch from one of the local spots nearby. The office itself is functional and a bit old-fashioned, with lots of files and a few humming computers. There’s always someone coming in with a delivery or a report. It’s a busy place but not in a flashy way. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the retail cycle. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street life below, which is always interesting. It’s a plain, hardworking office in a very traditional part of Karnataka. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done and keeping everything on track.
