Nilgiris Supermarket

If you’re looking for Nilgiris Supermarket, we are over in Basaveshwaranagar, right at 425, 1st Cross, 8th A Main. We are in the 3rd Stage, 4th Block, which is a pretty well-known part of the Bangalorte 79 area. We’ve been running this place for a while now, and it’s mostly just about keeping the shelves stocked and making sure everything is in order for the people who live around here. It’s a neighborhood store, so we see a lot of the same faces every day, which is something we actually enjoy. We don't have a big corporate team running things; it’s just us making sure the milk is fresh and the vegetables are sorted. The aisles can get a bit crowded on the weekends, but that’s just how it goes in a place like this. We don't do much in terms of fancy advertising or big promotions. We just open the doors early in the morning and stay until things are done at night. Basaveshwaranagar is a good place to be, and we feel like we’ve become a small part of the daily routine for the folks living in the 4th Block. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting crates and moving boxes, but it keeps us busy. We just try to provide what people need without any extra fuss or complicated systems. It takes a lot of effort to keep a supermarket going, but we like being here every day.
