Big Bazaar (Pantaloon Retail I Ltd)

You can find our office at D-1 in the Marble Arch building on Netaji Road. We’re right in the heart of Frazer Town, which is a place that always has something going on. Being part of the Big Bazaar and Pantaloon Retail group means things are usually moving pretty fast. This specific spot at 38/1 isn’t where the shoppers go, it’s where we handle the behind-the-scenes work. It’s often a bit messy with papers and files, but that’s how we know we’re actually getting things done. Frazer Town has that old Bangalore feel to it, even with all the new shops popping up. We’ve been based here for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a practical space for the staff to coordinate retail stuff. We don’t spend much time on fancy speeches or looking at mission statements on the wall. We’re mostly worried about stock, logistics, and making sure the stores have what they need. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when there’s a big sale coming up, but we just push through it. We aren't corporate drones in suits. We’re just regular employees who like a good cup of coffee and a clear to-do list. It’s a lot of work keeping a retail operation running, but we do our part from this corner of Netaji Road without making much of a fuss. We just get on with the daily business.
